2. Service Terms

• Courtesy Removal Requests: Free, informal requests sent to the social media page asking them to remove the post. This is not a legal demand.
• § 901.43 Requests: Removal requests that reference Florida Statute § 901.43, sent to the publisher's registered agent. Most publishers respond within 24–48 hours.
• Processing Time: Courtesy requests are processed within 5–10 business days. § 901.43 requests are typically sent to the publisher within one business day.
• Success Rate: While we make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee successful removal of all posts due to platform policies and factors outside our control.
• Verification Required: All requests require identity verification through email and phone number. § 901.43 requests also require a photo ID upload.
• One Request Per Person: Each individual may submit one removal request per booking photo post.

3. Payments (Optional)

• Processor: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Taxes/Fees: Any applicable taxes/fees will be disclosed at checkout.
• Refunds: Any refund policy, if offered, will be described on the purchase page or checkout.

4. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be the person depicted in the booking photo
• You must provide a working email address and phone number
• The booking photo must be posted on a social media platform we monitor (currently Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok)
• For § 901.43 requests, you must upload a valid photo ID to verify your identity
• You must be authorized to request removal of the content

5. Removal Process

1. Search: Find the booking photo post using our search
2. Request: Click "Request Removal" and complete the verification form with your email and phone number
3. Review: Our team reviews your request and verifies your identity
4. Processing: We reach out to the social media page on your behalf
5. Completion: You are notified of the outcome via email

§ 901.43 Removal

1. Search: Find the booking photo post using our search
2. Submit: Provide your email, phone number, and upload a photo ID
3. Request Sent: A removal request referencing Florida Statute § 901.43 is prepared and sent to the publisher's registered agent
4. Publisher Response: Most publishers respond within 24–48 hours
5. Confirmation: You receive email updates on request status
